Contrary to popular belief, the most interesting feature of Idlewild is not that the singer has the surname Woomble, rather that they play a shambolic live set remeniscent of Nirvana on a bad day but still managed while in the studio to produce an incredibly powerful set of tunes that is 'Captain'. Wowed T in the Park in 2000 with a set that showed them to be the potential stadium band that '100 Broken Albums' suggested.
