Self-proclaimed as the greatest band in the world ever!, this Glasgow 4-piece are pretty damn good but have lost their way recently - their first album was a unique take on the Sonic Youth-as-noise, not art ethic and was picked up by the home of the Butthole Surfers. Now they're revered by the likes of Placebo bringing mainstream kudos but less indie cred. However, they hit top form again with the release of 'Understanding Music' on their new home, Cooking Vinyl. |
